New York Studio gears up for Mixed-Use Apartment Building Construction and Sales in Williamsburg

Since our client, Brooklyn real estate developer Hampshire Properties, acquired permits for an empty lot in New York’s Williamsburg neighborhood in June 2018, our New York studio has been working with renowned New York real estate agent, reality television star, and author Ryan Serhant to promote and help to plan optimal layouts for the slated project’s apartments. Located at 510 Driggs Avenue, the six-story mixed-use building will include 44 units and nearly 13,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Each residence will be roughly 1,200 square feet.

To be sympathetic to the neighborhood’s low-rise skyline, the building will be 74 feet high and include desirable amenities for urban living such as a bicycle storage space, 111-car garage, an outdoor recreation area, fitness center, laundry room, and a rooftop terrace with greenery.

Brooklyn real estate agency Hampshire Properties is developing the site and Serhant, who has been featured on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York,” leads the sales and marketing.
