The Great Dispersion of 2020 – which demanded our homes transform to accommodate work, school and leisure – has given us a newfound appreciation the potential of our homes and greater faith in the technologies which enabled it. In 2021, the search for responses to alternate living patterns continues.

That’s if you were fortunate. We can’t, and won’t, ignore the wider housing insecurity and affected groups in the economic fallout of 2020.  As parts of the world are slowly coming back online, for some it will never be the same. 

The design of houses and apartments is under scrutiny. The call to re-instate the importance of living, learning and work from home fundamentals has pushed the long-known importance of defined spaces, ceiling heights, access to natural light and amenity into the spotlight. Personalised functionality is paramount, and our home is our headquarters.
