Interior Design magazine names Woods Bagot in annual PowerGrid50

Woods Bagot NY garnered the 20th position in the magazine’s second annual report, with two recently completed projects and nine others currently on the boards – totaling well over 2 million square feet of work in the greater New York area.

Additionally, The Amberly, our 355,000 square-foot residential tower and first ground up building in New York, is listed among the Top 20 Largest Development projects on the POWERGRID. Standing at the intersection of several of Brooklyn’s fastest growing neighborhoods, the Amberly comes in at #16 on the project list and is part of the prevailing sector—residential work—that is the majority of recently completed projects in the city. The project leased all of its 270 units (varying from studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units) before it officially opened in the Fall of 2018.
